Hello everybody!
I'm THRILLED to announce that we're about to officially own Craignair Inn and Restaurant. It's been a dream for a very long time and my husband, Michael and I have found the most amazing place to finally call our home and our business.
We've been really busy today getting ready for the Official 2010 Opening. The Inn opens tomorrow and the Restaurant is opening Thursday, May 6th right in time for Mother's Day.
Chris Seiler, Craignair's chef of several years now has put together an incredible menu. A huge Thank You to him!! Can't wait to try his Crab Cakes and Steak Diane. Later this summer we're going to have Mini-Lobster Rolls (think sliders Maine-style!) and several cocktails to choose from..like the Clark Island Iced Tea!
Doors are open!! Come on in!!
